North Norfolk has gained funding for better broadband access for all as part of the Norfolk bid to government. £15m has been allocated for the county which will benefit businesses and residents.

The allocation will see all properties in Norfolk able to access 2Mbs minimum broadband speeds in the next four years, and superfast broadband available for most of the county.

The funding matches pound for pound the allocation of £15m from Norfolk County Council. Lib Dem County Councillor Marie Strong was part of the working party which helped produce the successful bid to Government.
