Motorists will be spared any increase to parking charges at North Norfolk District Council run car parks this year thanks to the Lib Dems it has been confirmed. Liberal Democrat Council Leader Virginia Gay said: ‘low car parking charges are vital to encourage shoppers to come to our towns and support local businesses.’
