The Lib Dems in North Norfolk would like to thank all of you who have supported us in this election. The balance of power at North Norfolk District Council has shifted to the conservatives. We will work hard in opposition to represent the interests of local people in North Norfolk.

Lib Dem candidates Glyn Williams (Worstead Ward), Philip Holmes (Erpingham Ward) and Tony Gent (Hoveton) are woking to slow drivers down on rural roads.

Over the last few weeks we have had an excellent response to our Sheringham Survey from residents who want the Lib Dems to tackle their concerns. Brian Hannah and Richard Smith in Sheringham North & Penny Bevan Jones and Julia Moss in Sheringham South are continuing to present peoples concerns about the Health Centre telephone system to the Practice, via the Patient Participation Group.

Norman Lamb MP shared the stage with the Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and Norwich South MP Simon Wright to back the YES campaign.

Spencer and Lucy are standing in Mundesley Ward as Lib Dems for local election on 5th May 2011. This group has been set up to promote and communicate with the people of Mundesley, Paston and Bacton. Please join and tell us what you want and would like in the local community.

The Lib Dems are investing in Cromer one of our many excllent resorts along the North Norfolk coast. We have allocated funding to protect Cromer Pier, build a new all weather sports pitch and promote our tourist economy.

Thanks to the Lib Dems North Norfolk’s recycling rate is one of the best in the country at 46%.We will improve on this, setting a recycling target of 55% for household and trade waste.
